So he was asked last minute to join the show and refused many times. He finally accepted because he thought it might be a fun thing to do but regretted it. He wanted to leave but sungned a binding contract si he was better of staying and not trying rather than leaving and paying heafty fines. So he rarely tried except for group battles and gained a huge fan base as a bad boy that didnt care or whatever. In the end he told fans not to pick him and they respected his wishes and didnt. :D
