Is it a Russian thing or does the guy not make it sound urgent enough like his friend's life is in danger. If my friend sounded like that when he called out shark to me while I was in the water, I wouldn't take him seriously and I'd think he was just messing around with me. Idk maybe his warning is loss in translation here. But the guy just doesn't make it seem like his friend is in any immediate danger whatsoever. Kind of almost to calm about it. "Hey, btw shark." Basically. (Also, could have warned the guy sooner before the shark got about a feet or two too close to him. Kinda shitty friend if you ask me.)

Nurse sharks are basically harmless unless you intentionally provoke them. And even that would require some serious effort to piss it off or make it feel trapped enough to bite a human.
