Should brown the pork for deeper flavor, no water use anchovy broth, did you add Gochgaru?

Didn’t even brown the pork belly or fry the kimchi in the pork fat to release flavors. This is horrible 😩

the pork needs to be blanched and browned to release fat. otherwise it will not taste good
