📍 Super Easy Porkbelly Kimchi stew 김치찌개 (For 2 serving)

🧂 Ingredients ▪️For two servings▪️

🔸 Fermented Kimchi with kimchi brine (500g)
🔸 Firm or Medium frim Tofu (150~300g)
🔸 1 sp of Sugar
🔸 1&1/2 sp of Salt
🔸 1 sp of hot pepper flakes
🔸 Korean style Pot
🔸 Porkbelly (400~600g)
🔸 1 sp of chopped garlic
🔸 2 Green Onion
🔸 1 & 1/2 Onion

📌Directions

1️⃣ Wash the ingredients. (Oninon, Green oninon, Garlic, Tofu)
2️⃣ Chop up 3 cloves of garlic and move to the plate
3️⃣ Cut one and a half of onions , two green onions, Tofu and move to the plate.
4️⃣ Slice the pork belly into bite-sized and put into the pot.
5️⃣ Add the chopped garlic on the top of Pork belly and fill up the pot with the water to the top.
6️⃣ Meanwhile, clean up or do something whatever you want.
7️⃣ Once the water is almost gone, add the sliced onions, fermented Kimchi and fill the pot up with the water to the top.
8️⃣ Season with Salt, Sugar, Hot pepper flackes.
9️⃣ when the Kimchi become transparent, put the tofu on the stew and add the chopped green onions.
🔟 Heat the tofu to finish.
