I'm originally from a very large farm in Alberta, Canada. My dad and his brothers were good at foraging for wild mushrooms on my dad's farm. Another uncle of mine was also good for foraging for wild mushrooms. They were so tasty, when they were cooked up. I've loved mushrooms ever since. That mushroom dish looks so good. I make this every boxing day morning to use up the cream thats left over from the xmas pud/ mince pies consumed on the big day. lovely on a couple bits of toast. little bit of parmasam doesnt go a miss.

They look like normal closed cup mushrooms, button are much smaller in the UK anyway. But great recipe will love to try on toast.
