This is an amazing invention! My husband and I enjoy this plant based spread so very much. I'm already making my second batch in three days. We use a lot of it on our baked potatoes. This recipe has made us forget (cruel) dairy butter and (oily) margarine. Thank you so much for figuring this one out! You're amazing.

I just made this and OMG! I really didn't expect it to taste like butter. O_O Now I really wish I had some french bread to drunk into this! Heck, even some boiled cabbage sounds amazing with this and I never eat boiled cabbage. lol. I added garlic powder to mine to make it a garlic butter. :)

I've tried many vegan butters. This is the best one yet and so easy to make. I used the powder and not the husks and it turned out fine.

I'm a bit late to the party, but I have to say this is the most amazing vegan butter recipe I've ever tried! The first time I made it and had my husband do a blind taste test after his double bypass surgery, he asked me why I was feeding him butter after all our discussions of WFPB veganism. We both love it so much, definitely tastes like the real deal! With the buckwheat bread he loves to bake now, he's also making a ton of your cauliflower butter, which saves a lot of cooking and baking time for me. To prevent it from spoiling too quickly, we portion up the batches into small containers and freeze them, works great!

I made this a few days ago . I was a little dountful having tried diff "butter" recipes. Immediately made toast to try & see . It was delicious .A bigthing w me is I want butter on my baked potato . Last nite I made a baked potato & put the spread on it . It was SO DELICIOUS . I had that buttery taste &I cld actually put however much I wanted . This is wonderful ! Thx Anya !

I can't get enough of this cauliflower butter recipe! I could eat it like a soup if I am not careful! I have noticed that many ppl on Youtube share your recipe. Great job, Anja and thank you so much for your wonderful recipes. All of them are wonderful and so healthy.

I just made it today, it taste like butter, very good, thank you for sharing the recipes anja, you are genius.
I add 1/2 tsp nutritional yeast, and 125 ml almond milk.

Thank you for releasing this into the public domain. I'm a heart patient following Caldwell Esselstyn's advice on how to reverse heart disease and he recommends no oil at all. We'll be getting the stuff for this next trip to the store.

SUGGESTION: You can replace the salt for White Miso... It is salty and add a certain Umami to this Vegan Butter :)

Thank you so much! This recipe is the best vegan butter recipe on the internet. I made mine with water instead of vegan milk and used half the salt and it still turned out gorgeous. Thick, creamy, delicious and a lovely buttery yellow colour.
