Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.

I love opening up about mental health just for the other person to say „Sorry, what, I wasn‘t listening“ after like 5 minutes straight of me talking about how life sucks, even better when they actively talk over & ignore me

I got hit with mild anxiety and depression for the first time of my life, and let me tell you. The environment where I'm from and how my past and loneliness kept on devouring me within time, did not help at all! The unfolding happen, and I was in a bad spot!... but one day something changed for good and I decided to do what I don't do at all but now I do it cause I love it and it feels good.

Eat healthy, exercise, get plenty of rest, do things that you enjoy, spend time with people you trust and who support you. Work with a licensed therapist. Recognise that happiness is a choice.

Sometimes taking a moment for yourself and to breathe and totally make a huge difference when it comes to controlling and looking after our mental wellbeing. 👍

I haven't tried visiting a therapist on my own due to its cost and my fear that my family might find out that I am struggling with anxiety (which my mom seems to be aware of given how she knew that my chest pains are a sign of an anxiety attack).

Only way I cope with it is by writing through my journals, daydreaming, and listening to music. It helps me escape from reality for a while before going back to my senses

Man, the online has shaped my mind, even though I know I may have depression due to self harm incidents, including just now, I ALWAYS tell myself I'm being overactive and I'm just a teen-

This is all very helpful 🥰 I remember when I got hit hard by PPD and couldn't talk to anyone about it. Breathing and looking out at the vast open sky helped me relax. I also joined a Facebook group for moms and it made me see that I am not alone, other moms are going through the same exact feeling I'm having. Although I didn't partake in the conversation there, it did assure me that I too can get through it.

I just going to say this just to get it off my chest. I've been diagnosed with BP 1 SA (severe anxiety) and SD (Severe Depression) for five years now and it still sucks. I'm 100% alone and I'm still struggling. I finally gave myeslf a mental check and I'm trying to become an artist but I feel my mind slipping, and everyday is still a struggle. Seeing your videos makes me feel less crazy. I really appreciate your videos and always look forward for the next videos!

I have lost my cat in June 30, 2024. His name was Rocco and was the best Pet the ever be my best friend. I wish I could have hugged him one last times before knowing it was the end. I have been composed and swamped in grief and I can't seem to be as happy as I used to, all the happy moments turn into sad ones because Rocco isn't here to enjoy them. I have been on meds for 2 years with existing issues before this and they have worked wonders. But now, I feel nothing when I take them. I just feel lost in grief and have been told that grief isn't normal for a pet this long. Hope I can spread love even when I'm not feeling it. Treasure the moments you have with your pets, because, you never know when it will be your last! Love you Psych2Go! Thank you for a video that hit home! 💛💚

Validation and advocacy are so essential in being understood by others! I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say that your channel is so welcomed and appreciated and always will be! Even though your content can't magically cure us, it does give us hope and optimism to continue and believe that one day we will truly be fine in every way, and that confidence does wonders for the whole self! Bye!
