Thrift Store Makeover #9

Hey guys! Today is another pisode from my series Thrift Store Makeovers, where I take a used, worn out item (OR sometimes from yard sales or off of ebay) clean it up, fix it up and decorate it. I love hunting through thrift stores to find old, rejected items and then decorating them and putting my own style on them to turn them into new pieces of art. I've definitely missed these thrift flips and I want to do more thrifting soon!

In this episode I am going to be painting on and customizing a mini bubble gum machine. I had so much fun with this and I think it was a really cool and unique item to customize. Hope you like it!

Hey! my name is Moriah (pronounced muh-rye-yuh 😂 ) and this is my channel....obviously. I'm 25 and like doing anything creative...and being snarky.....just a lil. I paint on squishies, thrift store finds, and other random things I pick up. I also love to draw, but don't expect anything too skilled, I'm not the best at that haha. You will also find occasional crafting/testing crafting kits on my channel which are always a hot mess. And even some baking (REALLY bad at that, but it's fun to try LOL).

i think it would be cool if Moriah did a video where she tried to decorate something the opposite of her style, such as using muted colors or only black and white, cottage core vibe w deep colors, goth, fairy core, dark academia etc. She could then sell it for charity or something :) ik Moriah likes decorating things w rainbows and fruits and stuff but it could be fun to branch out for one video!!!

there's a brand on etsy called TrippyDraws that just released paint pens, they work really well on glass products and are similar to posca!

Everyone has different art styles. Some people like realism, some like abstract and some like cubism or post-Impressionism. Moriah’s cute and playful art style is such an amazing style. Ever since I found this channel I’ve just loved it! Normally every YouTuber like you is in some cringe attempt to get 999B subscribers but your channel is genuinely different! Art content isn’t just someone painting a canvas and trying to make a buck when doing it by making content with it! You need to have humor, it isn’t me and my family just being nice by saying YOU ARE YOUTUBE! Everything and every character you make is perfect in its own quirky, cute, funny way!
