Follow the steps to download Minecraft on Windows PC & Laptop:

I’m just confused because when I was trying to get this for my laptop just a few minutes ago. The website didn’t have the pc option. It only had options for Xbox, PlayStation tendo, Chromebook fire, Amazon, fire, Apple, iOS and android. So I got Chromebook because that was the closest thing and then it said I had to purchase it for $6.97 which was very different for yours. Then I purchased that and then after it took my money from my card it only gave me a receipt for the transaction and did not burn up a new page allowing me to download anything.

Edit: has to get help from a friend. If you had already previously downloaded Mc before make sure to sign in first and then proceed with the video, otherwise it will try to lead you to a page where it wants you to pay for the account again.
