I wouldget rid if the man and start putting up a plot of land and house seperate. I would do EXACTLY as he said and "change my attitude" with an attitude of separation and independence. I want to be married but not to someone who in so many ways and words expressing they don't want to be married to me. The worst husband and father in the world is one who never wanted to be one in the first place.

This is so true, I played house for years with my man. We were together for 23 years I got a ring after 19 years together. Still engaged every time I speak about a date he says you need to act right, in other words his not ready . We have kids together and my baby son says ma how come you don’t have daddy’s last name. I said to him ask your dad, dad couldn’t answer him. Sad but it’s time to move on.. I am a great woman to him.
