How to Add Folders to iPhone Mail | How to Manage Email Messages on Your iPhone

In this tutorial, you will learn How to Create New Folders in the Mail App on Your iPhone. It’s always handy to organize some of the emails into different folders. In this tutorial we’ll create a new mailbox folder.

To do this, open the Mail app and tap Edit on the top right. Tap New Mailboxes. Input a name for the mailbox and then tap on Mailbox Location. Select the email account you want this folder to be on. Tap Save. Now you can move email to the folder by longpressing on an email and tapping Move then tapping on the folder of your choice.

Hi, i have a problem with unkown folder which appeared in my mail app on iphone and i cant delete them, it doesnt allow me, i tried everything i can and still nothing. It only says its "powered" by outlook
