I cannot agree more with the being hot, cold, uncomfortable, hungry, thirsty, having to pee. Countless times I have tuned it out as long as possible then eventually realize its been pulling my focus. My rule now is take care of it as soon as possible once I notice!

I often checkout videos from ADHD members, at first they are great but I soon get bored or irritated with them. For some unknown reason this doesn't happen with you. Your vids are so interesting and I have been watching for ages. I have known I am ADHD for the last 2.5 years and was at the grand age of 65 officially diagnosed a fortnight ago. I just discovered your channel. Well done. I'm 54 and recently diagnosed. I felt that I wasn't disciplined enough my whole life. Now I feel very hopeful. Medication has allowed me to focus my creativity and energy. Diet is very important to me, I realised. Mid day is the time I struggle the most so having a ready to eat meal is a great suggestion.

I have a huge, high protein, high calorie breakfast everyday and skip lunch. I don't usually get hungry again for 8 hours. And then I have another high protein high calorie dinner. Even though I'm eating heavy proteins, I feel full longer, reduce snacking, and have lots of energy all day.

YT just brought me to your videos- they are amazing. I love how you provide practical tips in a very clear way. The audio environment control is something I MUST do to get any work done . I really like the ADHD EDM focus music vids by Jason Lewis on YT.
Fresh air tip- oooh, I have sometimes done my best work while sitting in a park. People walking around don’t seem to distract me outside. Hyper focus just kicks in. Thanks again for your fantastic content 🙏🏽🔥

You need to be explaining adhder's to quit sugar, processed foods, smoking and drinking.
Adding saffron, brone broth, etc
