My husband passed away and he took care of 95% of everything like this. Been two years alone and I guess I am ready to at least give it a try. Thanks

I just saw my first video from you two and wanted to thank you for the straight forward information. My husband passed away 5 yrs ago and our dream was to travel the US when he retired and he wasn't able to travel due to illness. I vowed to make the trip for us both and your videos are making it possible for me to get my nerve up to be alone on the road!!! thank you for so much simple info without all the extra stuff!!! Please keep it basic and real!!!

I bought an older class c RV I’m older lady and on my own tomorrow I get it and take to spot I’ve rented for winter . I have no idea what I’m doing . I’m trying to learn just how to connect to park utilities . Thank you I’m so nervous . My husband(34 years always done these things) I no longer have but I’m sure I can do this once I learn .

Thank you sooo much! I am renting an RV for the first time this weekend to take grandson fishing and your video was very valuable for this 73 yr old who has never done it.
Electrical and water were common sense for me, but the sewer line I was so iffy on. I feel so much more confident now! Thanks again.

Depending on independent inspection we are buying our first RV in week. This video was so super helpful. Following you along the process. Watching it being done with extra equipment for safety and protection. I’m saving this and will make it required watching for anyone traveling with me.

My grandpa and dad have passed and I’m in my early 30s with twins. This is the advice I was looking for, and I want to thank you for posting it for others’ like me who’ve lost their usual vehicle/maintenance questions people in life.

We’re first time RV’ers, and you gave some really good advice that we needed. Thank you.

Another YouTube video I watched they suggested using the surge protector before you do anything else leveling, etc. That way, if the power is bad, you can quickly move to a new spot. Otherwise, you’ve just spent all that time leveling and now have to move. Love the set-up week away from our first RV and have really enjoyed all of the YouTubers videos. Thank you!

Wow, I've watched thousands of videos and so far you are the first one to show how to level without levelers. AND THE BIG thing no-one has mentioned running the water before hookup, clearing the hose and after hooking up the filter. Thanks! ❤❤

INCREDIBLY HELPFUL! Soul grateful! I just bought a used class c for me and my boys and the process of learning these components has been so intimidating for me. The driving part came naturally but this was so easy and clear to understand. Next step is applying it!

I love the simplicity of this video and how easy these initial steps are to follow. My wife and I just purchased a pull behind mini camper last week and are preparing for our first trip in June. Your explanation is so easy to understand and simple. Well done from Georgia.

On your electric connection: AFTER I check that there is power to my surge protector, I turn off the power and then hook-up completely to the RV. Then, I turn the power back on (when all is connected, and no 'power end' is loose/unconnected). Just a safety concern on my part. On the sewer prep: yes, great mention to keep the black/gray water stuff in a separate container. I also use a separate plastic bin, one for fresh water and one for gray/black water. I will 'lift' drain my fresh-water hose to drain as much water as possible, then coil the hose(s) and connect the hose(s) end-to-end to each other, to prevent them draining into the container. (I do the same with the sewer hose.) That way, I keep seepage in the storage containers to a minimum. I have also drilled (1/4"-3/8") multiple holes into the tops of these storage containers (both the fresh AND the sewer) to allow air dissipation of any moisture.

If you are a full-time RV-er, you might want to "clean-flush" your sewer hoses with some regularity. If you are an intermeitant RV-er (like me), I will "clean-flush" my sewer hoses when I get home, let them dry, then connect them end-to-end and put them in their storage box.
