I followed some of your tips in your videos during pregnancy and delivery. Thank you so much it gave me much insight. I gave birth on April and this is the first time I watch your video after that. You look different, Bridget. Which is absolutely normal, as someone who has two little ones, hehe. I hope you're doing well and happy.

I'm due tomorrow and I've been watching your videos almost my entire pregnancy. I'm so grateful for you and your videos because I can't afford a doula. You have helped me feel so confident and I'm really looking forward to my babies birth and my own birth as a mom! Thank you so much for your passion and willingness to share your knowledge.

Totally believe what you are pointing out here. Babies cannot express their discomfort so everyone does whatever they want. Thank you for your awareness and sharing your knowledge.

I’m a pediatric physical therapist and occasional birth doula. I only recently discovered your videos and find them so informative and helpful, and will recommend them going forward to all the pregnant and postpartum moms I encounter. The 5 things you suggest to avoid in this video are on point!!!

Interesting. In my country we are so much stricter. I would never put my baby in the jumper, walker or activity center. And especially would never use a baby seat. Not even a 10 minutes a day. All the physiotherapist in my country I’ve talked to are very strictly against practicing sitting. And I agree with that based on the research. It is interesting to see how it’s different in every country.

This is a really informative video! It's important for parents to be aware of things that can potentially impact their baby's development and to do their best to avoid them. It's great to see that the speaker emphasizes the importance of providing a safe and nurturing environment for a baby, as this is crucial for their overall development. It's also important to remember that every baby is different, and what works for one may not work for another. Thank you for sharing these useful tips!

Thank you SO much for this video! I already knew all these things myself but I am so happy you’re spreading the word! All these things are pretty well known back in my home country but I feel like they’re not spoken about enough in the west (UK, US etc).
If I may, I will dare to disagree with point 2. The physiotherapists back at home actually recommend not to sit your baby until they learn it on their own completely. They spine isn’t ready, they sit all curled down, can’t breathe properly and their hips suffer too. Of course, the upseat is still better than all the other seats out there, I’m just sharing what I know. I believe we all do our best for our little ones

Last night I kept trying to find a good source about why we discourage walkers because some of my family members keep pushing me to get my baby one. Thank you for all this!!!!

Thank you so much Bridget for all the knowledge you put out !! I just birthed my 2nd baby on the 28th and it was a success. This was a Vbac and I labored @ home for 49 hours when I arrived at the hospital I was 9cm . Thank you ☺️

I agree with everything mentioned but the waking piece. Each child is different. And this can be said about my 2nd son. He was a very fussy child until he took his first steps at 7 months and was choosing to walk at 8 months. He finally had control of his environment and was content. There was no stopping that child, he particularly skipped the crawling stage.

I’m a ftm and I feel horrible, I’ve been doing everything wrong it seems like. I am so glad I found this video. I have the bumbo and I put my baby girl in it once but didn’t even let her stay 15 seconds because it had her slouched over so much

You’re the first “baby coach” that has made any sense! Thank you! I’m a nanny, but I hope to be a mama some day, and I share your thoughts. This is well researched and presented 🥰
