Hi guys, I'm glad to be back! I will upload the rest of BBG videos throughout the summer! This is a Week 7 Day 1, it's a leg day, and you're going to need a bench (eventually two benches, but I did a modified version of squats), medicineball, dumbbells, and skipping rope. Have fun!

15 weighted sumo squats
15 burpees
30 weighted step ups
Repeat for 7 minutes
30 sec break

30 jump lunges
15 medicine ball crab walk
24 weighted walking lunges
100 skipping
Repeat for 7 minutes
30 second break

I watch these before I work out so I know what I'm doing while I do it, and I've noticed you only do 13 burpees instead of 15 in every video you say to do 15. Those two make a difference while you're doing it lol
