BANANA BREAD COOKIES 🍪

It‘s like small slices of banana bread…🥹
The OG recipe is by @justine_snacks, I did a feeew adjustments but they were so good (and gone TOO QUICKLY haha🤭).
RECIPE (8-9 cookies, 25min prep time):
-3 large ripe or 5 mini ripe bananas
Mash them.
-1/3 cup (70g) brown sugar
-1 Tsp baking powder
-1/4 Tsp baking soda
-220g flour (I used 180g wheat flour and 40g coconut flour)
-1/2 Tsp cinnamon
-a pinch of salt
-as much chocolate as you want
(-I had to add 3-4 Tbsp of plant milk)
Mix until it‘s a slightly sticky dough.
Slightly wet your hands and shape into cookies.
Bake at 175C/350F for 15-17mins.

Das Originalrezept ist von @justine_snacks. Ich habe nur ein paar kleine Änderungen vorgenommen, aber sie waren so lecker (und viel zu schnell weg, haha🤭).
REZEPT (8-9 Kekse, 25 Minuten Zubereitungszeit):
- 3 große reife oder 5 mini reife Bananen
Zerdrücken.
- 70 g brauner Zucker
- 1 TL Backpulver
- 1/4 TL Natron
- 220 g Mehl (ich habe 180 g Weizenmehl und 40 g Kokosmehl verwendet)
- 1/2 TL Zimt
- 1 Prise Salz
- so viel Schokolade wie du willst
(- Ich musste 3-4 EL Pflanzenmilch hinzufügen)
Zu einem leicht klebrigen Teig verrühren.
Hände leicht anfeuchten und Kekse formen.
Bei 175 °C (350 °F) 15–17 Minuten backen.
