You wouldn't believe how smart and affectionate the tamed ones are. They have no defenses it's sad. I rehab them in Los Angeles, they do NOT get rabies, their body temp is too low, and they eat rats- mice -bugs and ticks. Opies are so important to the eco system. Please leave water out and small doggie kibble out for them. They have a rough life please be kind.

There are opossums all over my neighborhood in the Bronx. Those people in the bar are lucky it wasn't a skunk 🦨 that would have been funny. But good thing she was there so nobody would have hurt the little guy/girl.
