Omg I can’t explain how acne has ruined me completely. I had acne last year got rid of it and I started getting it again badly like before. It’s beyond painful to the point where I even avoid my family and stuff. Im trying to have more of a positive mind, but it is really painful. I’ve had acne for a long time. It’s a bit of an unusual story: Literally it was my hairdresser who solved my problem. She told me about the best dermatologist in the country and recommended me to visit him. I’ve listened to every advice, I’ve asked everything I wanted to know and I’ve even paid for that but it was worth it. My health is worth more than money, just like everyone else’s. I still have acne from time to time but it was only like three of them in the last 2 years, while before the therapy I’ve had like a bunch of them in only one month. Since cutting milk and dairy products out of my diet, things are much better, I eat honey instead of sugar and fruit instead of sweets. In addition, I also do more sports than before and for me personally it is a great stress buster. I had the same problem so I understand you. Just don't give up!
