Dammit, I just purchased this..
I have yet to program it but ill try to do it a few times and if im not successful...ill return it.
Ive just been turning it on when needed for the last couple days but I dont wanna fight to get work a machine.

Why i think i was the only one having problem with this system, why you have to go through so much just to set the heat temp, all i want is heat i got one today and i, m sure it will return to store . if anything change i will update.. i just need heat out of this RTH6360D

Impossible. My old thermostat was so easy to program. This one is going to get thrown in the trash (lost the receipt) as it is pretty much useless if I can't program it.

If you selling this thermostat make sure you have to explain HOW TO SET UP PROGRAM, I AM VERY DISAPOITED,  DON'T buy them RTH7400, RTH7500, EVEN BOOK WHATEVER GO WITH THAT is garbage.

This thermostat is crap and the sad thing is Honeywell does not have a free site to help figuring out how to set it. Shame on the Honeywell Company.
