I have watched 3 videos on how to program my Honeywell that apparently has a factory programming built in because my a/c has shut down 2 days in a row leaving my house at 82 and 84 degrees while I try to sleep. Not sure why you can't do a simple step by step programming to eliminate any shut down. However I have found a way to get around it, I just ripped it off the wall and thru it away. Tomorrow morning I will go purchase another thermostat, a simple one that has no programming in it, thank you for not posting a simple step by step for this devise.

you should add a simple instructional video on how to programme (including what buttons to press) how to overide etc showing someone pressing the buttons and showing the screen.
we where not given the manual i just downloaded it ...really complicated.

Agree...this manual isVERY difficult to understand ....despite my installer explaining to am really struggling..for a start, there is no indication on the front of the unit as to whether I have the T4, T4R or
Also WHY have to set 4 programmes a day..when all I want is and evening. Is there a simple On /Off button? I can’t even figure out from the manual how to get the programme mode up! This User Guide has been designed by a younger, tech savvy

How can I change settings to allow me to set different times/ temps for each of 7 days? The only option I have is MON:FRI and SAT:SUN but the library opening times vary day to day.

Really fed up with this model. All I want to do is set-up timer/calender but the website has no user manle on how to do this or tge basic functions. Any help would be gratefully received.

Model is not easy to operate and the instruction manual is very confusing!

How do you enable this thermostat to only turn on when the temperature has dropped below your desired temp ? Like you would a normal thermostat? For example set to 16’ anything lower would engage the heating system to turn on and then off once temp is reached ?

There is a heat and cool temperature. Does that mean heat TO this temperature or does it mean when at this temperature, START heating?

I'm stuck on 5 cycles per hour! I can't change this and it's insane to cycle that often. No info on how to do this in the manuel.

I have this model and I'm experiencing an issue where the scheduled times and temperature is not kicking in despite the current temperature being lower than the scheduled one. I can't find anything on trouble shooting. In other words I can only turn the heating on manually

Please can someone help I have followed instructions on how to programmer by T4 Thermostat and saved the settings but it just doesnt keep the settings e..g i set for 8am and to go off at 10am (then set other times for the rest of then day) but when i go into this programme settings it goes back to 8am on and 1pm off - please can someone tell me what i am doing wrong
