Works good if you not using two Red wires make sure both gray Tabs are pushed up.

i just installed a new one just a few days ago, could not get the  fan to shut off what soever, it ran all night long next morning I fiddled around with it until it shut off, dont kno if I wanna touch it again, maybe i'll go back with a new one like the old one..

Worst thermostat ever, works fine one day and the next day blows hot air while in cool mode, would not recommend to anyone, can't even locate how to setup the different stages you need to enter, non programmable?? That's a lie or maybe not, because I damn show can't get it to work

This thing is junk, fan runs constantly, never shuts off! Shows room temp one minute it is 70, a minute later 66 and a minute later 71 al while the temp is set to 66. Tried 2 of them same problem

Yep. Same junk as noted. Fan has life of its own. Thermo stat call for 73 not turn on til real temp 66! 2nd honeywell in 2 wks. Off to buy Emerson one.

I just installed this thermostat and am having a similar problem as mentioned in other comments. The Honeywell thermostat reads room temp 3-4 degrees cooler than it really is. I have checked the room temerature with two temperature gauges that I know are accurate and placed them next to the Honeywell thermostat. The thermostat's display is reading 66-67, but the room temperature is actually 70. I made sure the thermostat is mounted level on the wall. I would not recomend buying this product
