I know this one was a bit controversial...so, what do you think? Were you surprised by anyone on this list?

What I don't like about RDs is that they don't see beyond their narrative. They advice against people giving the carnivore diet a try, but anyone who has tried it knows that all those RDs' claims don't hold any water.

Even if carnivore is a zero-fiber diet, people don't experience constipation that RDs warn of, but instead any bloating they may have had goes away, so it is actually beneficial for the gut. Also, it's super common to see people on carnivore telling how their chronic diseases like diabetes, arthritis and auto-immune diseases get better. Sure, most are anecdotes that haven't been scientifically documented, but we can't ignore them when they are the rule and not the exception, there's clearly something to it and it should be studied. As long as studies aren't done, RDs can keep pushing their narrative that there's no scientific research to back that up. How convenient.

RDs also say that carnivore lacks vitamin C, which may be true or meat could contain vitamin C we just don't know about yet, or the demand for vitamin C could be less on carnivore, I don't know, but all I know is that after 15 months on carnivore without supplements, I still don't have scurvy and that is what everybody on carnivore experiences. Nobody knows anyone with scurvy. It's a water-soluble vitamin, so I should be getting it daily as we can't store it in our body fat. Yet somehow we don't have any problems.

I was very disappointed to see the shocking clip of the little boy. I did not expect that very disturbing image in a video about nutrition. Very disappointed! 😔

Thank you for telling the truth and not being afraid to do so, we out here don't know what to eat anymore these days or if we should eat at all. THANK YOU

Not being a medical doctor is not a red flag in itself, since MDs are hardly trained in nutrition. Also the raw milk warning is a blanket statement, raw is produced in a cleaner environment because it's not relying on pasteurisation to make it safe. Also it's a live product the sheer amount of friendly bacteria is what you want.

You deserve more followers! Thank you SO MUCH for this video! I believe the influencers you mentioned cause more harm than good with their fear mongering!

Boring. I'm 3 minutes in and you haven't told me 1 influencers name. Downvote and out.
