Here's How To Make The Best Red Velvet Brownies ever! This easy recipe is absolutely delicious. I show you step by step how to make this amazing recipe. They're packed with white chocolate chips and topped with a generous layer of thick cream cheese frosting!
Ingredients below:
For the Red Velvet Brownies:
170g unsalted butter, melted and cooled (¾ cup unsalted butter)
260g granulated sugar (1 ¼ cups granulated sugar)
1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp lemon juice or white vinegar
200g plain flour (1 ⅔ cups all-purpose flour)
10g cocoa powder (1 tbsp cocoa powder)
½ tsp salt
Strong red food colouring (enough to achieve desired red colour)
100g white chocolate chips (⅔ cup white chocolate chips)
Cream Cheese Frosting:
60g unsalted butter, softened (4 tbsp unsalted butter)
110g cream cheese (½ cup cream cheese, softened)
1 tsp vanilla extract
250g icing sugar (2 cups powdered sugar/confectioners’ sugar)
(I like a thick layer of frosting, but feel free to use less or more to suit your tastebuds)
Tin size: 8” square pan
