When I eat out I like to order dishes I am too lazy to make at home. 😄 Nam khao is my favorite, followed by soop nor mai, Lao sausage, and mok gai. But I love it all.

Question, Since you're a food channel, do you know of a smokey spicy red sauce, she put it on rice, noodles, veggies, long stir fry green beans too which were my favorite combined? My great grandmother, who was lao, used to make it for me as her only great grand child at the time who was old enough for spicy, unfortunately she passed away while I was very young in the early 80's, she was 97, and Would love to find out and have my kids try it.
