Thanks for this video, Ojaxuri and "Chijik bijik" aren't considered to be authentic Georgian food, we do eat it, yes, like we eat Borsch quite often. You missed some of my favourites: Chakafuli- which can't be compared with any other dish, it's really unique, Svanuri Kubdari- it could easily become your favourite :)) Chakhokhbili, Abkhazura <3 Gebzgalia and Nadurhi, Jonjoli, Ekala, Rhandzili (I would eat it every day if I could but it's seasonal), Danduri, Tkemali sauce ( I've heard one German ethnographer said that it's Georgians' third blood after red wine being the second :)) and Lobio kvabshi.
