So Russia can use Iranian and North Korean weapons on Ukranian soil but Ukraine cant use UK or US weapons or Russia will declare war? So does that mean Ukraine can hypothetically attack Iran or North Korea then?

#1 reason why Russia doesn't use nuclear weapons is because China will drop them like a bad habit. China and Russia might be close but Russia isn't China and USA close in terms of economy. The US and China might outwardly dislike each other via media but their economies are still extremely dependent on one another.

The new redline for Russia is what China allows.
