Russia and China have been growing their military posturing and have conducted more joint drills this year compared to all the other world militaries combined. The drills have been around Japan in the Sea of Japan, the Sea of Okhotsk and close to Alaska in the Bering Sea. Russian IL-38 Reconnaissance aircraft even violated the Japanese airspace near the Rebun island. A Chinese Y-9 surveillance aircraft also violated Japan’s airspace near the Danjo Island. Meanwhile, Russian and Chinese forces carried out a 6-week long military exercise near the Alaskan waters when an Su-35 jet carried out a dangerous maneuver Cutting the flight path of an American F-16 which was tailing a Russian Tu-95 strategic nuclear bomber. China also sent its Liaoning aircraft carrier near Japanese waters. Are Putin and Xi working to put pressure on Japan and the United States as the war between Iran and Israel keeps Washington busy in West Asia.

This isn’t new this has been going on for years, once my dad was paving up in Adak.
