Damn this is next level steak science. Can’t think of anyone else I’ve ever seen get this detailed lol Max really has his own lane. But it seems like YouTube isn’t his full time job. Max what do you do besides your awesome videos? You really inspire me even tho I’m a year older than you. This year was the worst of my life and really really difficult after huge losses and trauma causing severe PTSD and addiction. But watching you really gives me some hope and motivation to get my old life back on track and not let everything fall apart. Anywho, would be awesome to know what else you do for work. Your new crib looks so nice. Living the dream brotha. Keep it up. The world needs more good ppl like you. Too many thieves snakes lairs cheats fakes and criminals. Especially in California. You can definitely low and slow any meat, just depends on if liquid is present or not. Pop a filet mignon into a dutch oven with some beans, stock, and veggies of your choice, and you have a great meal that will fall apart at the slightest touch. But if you're gonna sear it, quick and high is the way to go.
