Quinoa is a plant based protein which is high in fibre and rich in manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, folate, iron, zinc & potassium.
Oats roti is a healthy alternative to the usual wheat roti. Oats have good amount of protein, fiber and has a low glycemic index. They also have Phosphorus, Thiamine, Magnesium and Zinc.
