No power fold on the mirrors on my 2021 1500 Bighorn. How do I fold them manually?

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! My power folding mirror on my passenger side will not work. I just bought a used Ram from a Chrysler dealer that's in really good shape but I realized after a week of having it that the passenger mirror will not work. I also noticed that the mirror is a little loose and when driving it shakes a bit.

Are they suppose to light up at night? Please advice
