I would very much recommend the books (free as audiobooks on Youtube) by dr Joe Dispenza on this subject. He describes this from a scientific point of view, and works with people..or rather teaches people to work with themselves, via guided medtations. Many of those too are available for free, on Youtube. The film «What the bleep» too. I have been working to heal myself with daily neditations for two years, never been to a gathering, and the help has been very noticeable. It is not about religion, it need not cost money. It is avout the absolute power of thought both physically and in your life.
