I would ask myself this question all the time! Growing up in a house hold full of sisters and a mom. Watching the men they are attractive to. They tend to follow a few of those traits. I could NEVER understand why! I have learned a lot throughout my life as I grew up on why this is. your explanation of it so far is the best I’ve heard. A lot of these traits although they show the signs of a strong alpha male can tend to have toxic, being self-centered and narcissistic tendencies which are not healthy in a relationship. But being able to pick out some of these traits and altering them can help make a man stronger and a lot more confident. More info to preach to my sons as they grow! Nice topic. I have always been the type of guy who will do my own thing. I really don't like wasting time nor wasting a woman's time. I LOVE THIS CHANNEL!!! I started watching style channels when I was in the summer between 6th and 7th grade, and I was hooked. My favorites were TMF and Alpha M., but I liked TMF because he was younger and didn't yell as much as Alpha. But then, both guys started yelling and gesticulating crazily more and more as I went from 7th to 8th grade, to the point where I didn't like watching them anymore because it was just the same old videos recycled over and over with new "video sponsors". So I stopped watching them at all going into my freshman year (last year), and my style took a big nosedive (joggers and sweatshirts every day, you know the look) when as a freshman you should be putting yourself out there and showing off your style. My mood kind of sucked too all year long, because I just didn't feel good about how I looked!!

But then, 3 years after I watched my first style video, I discovered your channel, Jeff!!! No crazy yelling and waving hands around like a madman, no sponsors, no regurgitated information. Instead, you're smooth and calm as heck, impeccably dressed, and give awesome, original information clearly and concisely!
I want to thank you for giving me some optimism for my next school year, and for my life in general.

Another classic! Speaks more to 20 and 30 year old crowd. When you a man in his late 40's, it comes across as immature if you trying to look too tough. However, you can still rock that edgy confident image with a strong aura by how you carry yourself. Something you've addressed numerous times.

Problem is, once the "bad boy phase" is over, those women will likely have a high body count on them and FINALLY want the "nice guy". No nice guy that knows his value will want that though.

That's where the disconnect/problem comes in.

Also, side-note, NO ONE is exciting 24/7. I'm not going to be any women's all day entertainment/court jester while she does little to nothing.

You make a lot of good I would add that the term "Bad Boys" is subjective. What a female may see as a "Bad Boy" could be a simp to other girls. A female should look at the relationship with her father, as it will have a major role with the types of guys she dates, or marries...

Women like “Bad Boys” because they’re sexy, mysterious, dangerous, exciting, confident. But they’re also guys who usually have a lot of baggage and are usually addicts. Women like being the girl who can save his damaged soul. But when you get older you outgrow the “Bad Boy, ” and you become tired of always having to save him and be there for him. So when you’re young- You like the Bad Boys like Angel and Spike. But when you’re older, you want a Good Guy like Riley. (Buffy The Vampire Slayer reference)

Being good isn't bad, but you need to set boundaries so no men nor women can take advantage of you. As OG says: be good, not nice. Good people offer a hand to those in need, they don't do it expecting a reward. But a good man also knows when to step up and say no so noone can take advantage of you. Great video!

💯 agree, OG! To add, you want to find the same qualities in a woman. All the positive traits mentioned in the video has to be present in your partner as well. If you're the only one that goes through all the self improvement, the relationship will be one sided. She has be able to offer the same things you bring to the table
