Longterm benifit of surgery or conservative for disc herniation

Cervical stenosis can cause ringing in the ear which are also known as tinnitus? I have cervical stenosis,
no wonder I have this tinnitus since october last year.
Doctor advise surgery, but since i dont feel pain nor movement difficulty i did not go as i was scare to also.
what is your advise for me? For this tinnitus. Should i just habtuated with it or should i go for the surgery to eradicate this tinnitus?
