DIY Blood Pressure: When you achieve normal blood pressure by natural means, you are SAFER than reducing BP with drugs.

This is because the drugs for high blood pressure are filled with side-effects, while natural methods restore HEALTH.

Here's how to get started on DIY Blood Pressure the Undoctored way.

Undoctored: Why Health Care Has Failed You and How You Can Become Smarter Than Your Doctor

Available in all major bookstores and Amazon:

We draw from the health information of the world, collaborate, share experiences, collect data, and show how to apply new health tools to achieve levels of health that you may have thought unattainable. We do all this at a time when conventional healthcare costs have become crippling.

The result: personal health that is SUPERIOR to that obtained through conventional means. We are Undoctored.

Dr Davis, Will you address those of us that have high blood pressure in the morning but personally, my blood pressure plummets in the late evening and night but around 3:30 am it starts to rise. How can I overcome this? I use Remag and Dr Sinatra`s COQ10. I'm on Amlodipine 5 mg and Lisinopril 40 mg. I would very much like to get off these horrible drugs and their side affects.

Food sensitivities/intolerances spikes my blood pressure high. No medications works to lower it. My MDs tried so much medications on me, yet, it didn’t work, even beta blockers and Losartan. My gut is so irritated that even supplements spikes my blood pressure. Wish my insurance covered holistic doctors.

I like your approach. Enough that I have both Audible and book copies of "Undoctored." However, I disagree with your saying all wrist BP monitors are inaccurate. I have found that some are. But I have found that the Omron wrist monitors are reasonably accurate. Their readings correlate with my arm monitors. And, using the principle of triangulation, I have found that they match the readings shown on the hospital-style monitors at my clinic, the one used by my dentist, and the pharmacy monitors. Because the Omron wrist monitor is so convenient and portable it lends itself to frequent use. Even in a car on trips. So I would not discourage their use.
