Thread locker on blind holes - how to do it properly

With a blind hole, if you put thread locker on the threads, as the air gets pushed out, it will also push out the thread locker.
But, if you pour some thread locker into the hole (I put way too much for the demonstration), then the thread locker will push out the air instead, and nicely coat the threads.
