Make sure Require Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts is selected OFF or you wont have the box with the check to un check in the user account section.

I did uncheck the box and a pop up showed up so I entered the password again then I hit ok. I tried it but it is still asking a password. Do we have to restart the computer for it to take effect?

You need to change your login password as well to nothing.

It all depends on what brand of pc a person has. Mine doesn't have those options.
