Fewer cravings, waist is smaller, lower triglycerides from 126 whent down to 56 mg/dl in period of 5 months. My HDL whent from 50 to 57mg/dl same period of time. I haven't checked my testosterone . You are right on point. Thank you for all your videos.

One meal a day now for 5yrs lost 60lbs lost 8inchs off waist tryglicerides optimal was pre diabetic before hba1c from 6.5 to 5.2 ...feel good. Im a 68 yr old male had triple bypass 10 yrs ago

I decreased waist, decreased total weight, no cravings in between meals, lower cholesterol and normal range triglicerids

My fasting insulin went from 11 to 4.1…so much better! Unfortunately, my HDL went down and my triglycerides went up…not sure what happened there😢 Anyone else have this issue?

I’m already at goal weight, so my waistline didn’t get smaller. I’ve been very focused on changing my diet to reverse insulin resistance, but this quarter I will focus on longer fasts since that seems to improve insulin and cholesterol numbers.

I’ve experienced almost
all of these since going low carb. Haven’t had testosterone level tested. Lost 15% of my body weight. My doctor didn’t even mention that all he did was lecture me about higher LDL. He’s obsessed with LDL.

Been having no carbs just fruit for breakfast have definitely felt less hungry. Only having one slice of bread a day but more eggs and more mushrooms. Have lost a few pounds in a week. Maybe too early to say but it’s going well thank you :)

Your information is appreciated. I need to lower the triglycerides and raise the hdl. It seems to come down to "diet and exercise"

Thing is the diet part, ne d a grocery list of when going to the grocery store or a meal plan of sorts..

I can tell by my glucose monitor. It’s been a year and a half and things that I eat that I should not eat. Do not spike me over 140 like they used to.
