After six months of no sugar, low carb and intermittent fasting 4-5 days per week my skin tags are gone and my waist is down from41 to 36. Still a ways to go, but am so thankful for your videos and helpful tips. I am a 78 year old woman and had little hope of being metabolically healthy. Thanks for your practical tips and clear explanations of things to do. Now to convince the doctor I don’t need the statin he prescribed.

Yup, skin tags that had been there since my late 20s are now gone. Hooray! What did I do? Intermittant and longer term fasting, zero sugar, zero carbs (carnivore), zero seed oils, and zero highly processed foods.

I've been on low carb diet since January 2023 : my health has improved, lost 18 kg etc, but a teaspoon of sugar makes me very tired very quickly and if I sleep it off I feel hung over the next day. I avoid refined carbs and sugar as much as possible.

After three months without sugar, I noticed my skin is brighter. Hoping for more miracles!

Just had hip replacement surgery and was told "motion is lotion." Need to keep moving. Also, "rest is rust" meaning sedentary life style makes you "rusty." I choose lotion!!!!

I've been following you and doing IF and low carb for almost 3 years. I used to have skin tags on neck and underarms. They are all completely gone. Never had dark patches.

Omg! I use to have those skin tags in my arm pits and stomach and I’ve been so busy, I haven’t noticed but they are gone!!! Yes!!🎉🎉🎉 thank you so much Dr Becky!! I’m 53 and post menopausal the weight is coming off but so very slowly. I’m eating mostly meat, butter, eggs and a low carb vegetable like broccoli or green beans on an occasion. I also eat avocado on an occasion. I wished you had a pay program where I could get more specific information about what I could change or do better but I’m very grateful for the info I get now!! Ty so much!🙌🏼🇺🇸

when I was really fat I had a black ring around my neck (my parents thought I had done something really bad when they saw it) and also in my arm fold. I lost a bunch of weight and reduced sugar intake drastically. There are no signs of those dark spots anymore

I started intermittent fasting since 2022. I would finish my last meal no later than 7pm and would not eat again until late morning the next day. I felt good going to bed with an empty stomach did not lose much weight. I added ketogenic diet on top of that beginning December 2023. I have seen big improvement both in weight loss and fat reduction around the waistline after two months!

Just (1) day of fasting per week can do a lot.
You BG and insulin are lowered.
You also will learn what hunger feels like.
This will help you not feel hunger on the days you eat normally.

If you have body fat going 24 hours is not harmful or difficult. Many find going 36 to be easier. You just skip dinner and go to bed.

I've been eating Keto/Carnivore for two weeks, and have settled on Keto, this works good for me. Your videos are so practical and very helpful, thank you.

I have followed these videos for about a year now and monitored my morning blood glucose. My discovery is that bread can spike my glucose level quickly so I severely limit any bread or carbohydrates to as close to or blow 20g per day. I am now 71 years old and glucose levels have stabilised at normal levels for some time and thankfully my weight is reducing, so far 12kgs. I cant really see my eating habits changing from this routine. Intermittent fasting and low carbohydrate with monitoring my macros really works.
This process I started due to vaccine damage and also thankfully my fitness and digestion is returning to normal, although I was wary of putting any stress on my heart. This summer with continuation of this way, I have new extended goals for weight loss and exercise. Thank you for your help.

I got a CGM about two months ago. I am a 71 yo male. At the start I typically found my glucose level to be around 210mg/dl. As I found what spiked my blood I eliminated those foods from my diet. Just the elimination of the blood spikes brought my reading down to numbers under 130. One morning during the first week I had a reading of 60. Woah, that's a low number and I guess I was going to low. The medications I was taking Glipizide and Metformin. I removed the Glipizide completely and cut the Metformin to half. My blood sugar was completely normal and stayed between 90-130. I've noticed that coffee, sad to say causes big spikes (and I don't put sugar in it) so I switched to one cup of tea in the morning. Bread, pizza, noodles, potatoes and rice no more. I had read all the things I should avoid but it wasn't believable never realized how my mind works. Realization was the key for me. When I go to the grocery store now I take a typewritten list and stick to it.

I went low carb about two years ago and about three dozen skin tags disappeared. It seems like the oldest ones went away first. I'm down to about three or four now.
