i’ll do you one better. don’t drink coffee. sleep 8 hours a day. work out. drink 3-4 L of water a day. eat healthy. study in intervals. don’t stress yourself too much. meditate. have a happy life.

I know better way to not feel tired.
Whenever I feel tired I take a nap like 5 min with timer on my phone and when I wake up I feel a little relaxed

I've been wondering about this for a while. And eventually now I just wait a hour or until I feel tired before I drink caffeine because as soon as I wake up I have a rush of energy.

in italy people usually drink coffee after having lunch, I do it all the time and idk, it just works

Coffee makes me sleepy ...I consumed 400mg during day and a cup of espresso before sleep...I sleepy like a baby... now you will think i drink coffee regularly a lot and now it has no effect on me...well no before yesterday i hadn't drank coffee for months...This first happened about 5 months ago... coffee used to work on me last year...and one day after around 8months after last time i had coffee last year ...i had a strong cup of coffee for exam...it made me sleepy...than next day i had even more caffeine... didn't work... next day i had few cans if cold coffee...few cups of espresso...400mg tabkey og caffeine ...my heart rste dropped instead if going up...like it used to last year...

I once slept in my biology class and when i got caught i just yelled 'damn you adenosine' while shaking my fist in air. He was pretty impressed and let me sleep the rest of the class

Well, it is a good rule of thumb to avoid any stimulant like Caffeine for atleast 2 hourse after waking. If you need a boost to wake you up, go touch grass and get some natural light in the open. Drink the coffee or tea after your morning routine. Do not drink immediately after waking up, making your coffee half asleep thinking that is your day's kickstarter.
