Insurance companies work because they get a large pool of insured people that are of various ages and health conditions to cover the cost of the sickest of us. One thing they don't tell you is that large pool of folks also covers the exorbitant salaries of Insurance Executives. These gargantuan salaries have been a problem in the US, for the rest of us poor folks.

The shooter likely lost a family members and insurance stopped covering care and left surviving family with nothing to live on. Insurance companies are evil. I don't know how these people sleep at night.

I mean, doesn't his company get to decide who lives and dies? Just sayin.

So the "assassin" knew the schedule and movements of the CEO of America's largest healthcare company. Curious.

Someone needed health care and UHH denied it.

Excesses and a disconnect from the suffering was the demise of Louis XVI, Marie Antoinette, and the rest of the French ruling class. 🤷🏻‍♂️ The riches in America need a reset.

It sounds like someone put a whole bunch of money into that insurance company, and when they needed the insurance, things didn't go well.

I’m a nurse and if you don’t understand the motive of this shooting you will. Eventually. We need universal healthcare not a hatchet to it. I had cancer in 2022. Today I’m being monitored for bladder tumors that recurred last year. So yeah, I know. I’m nowhere near New York by the way.

Womp womp. Are we sure it wasn't just the "consequences of his own actions" shooting him?

Sounds like somebody is eating the rich. It sucks for his family, but how many people have lost their lives based on the company being run by someone who is out for profits

I love how we’re not siding with him. Like what did he do wrong? Who did he traffic? Who did he screw over?
