The largest private health insurance company (UHG) in America is run by a British guy, and he owes no allegiance to America. His name is Andrew Witty, and he is still running the company. Brian was just the head of one of the divisions. The company freely outsources jobs to other countries, Ireland, Philippines, India. The IT department is hollowed out to India. You can imagine how much they care about your health insurance policy.
