Removing buccal fat has got to be one of the most unethical cosmetic procedures. I’m genuinely shocked that people do it, provided they know they’re removing part of the entire structural base of their face, which is a good way to throw that patient into premature aging. It’s so insane.

Ive heard a lot of horror stories about how directors and even managers of these celebrities are the main reasons why they are forced to undergo surgeries to either get a role secured or even stay “relevant”. They also constantly are told lies about how they look fat, older, or just need a tweak.

So i feel like there’s much more than just them altering their looks for beauty trends. It’s to literally keep their jobs and people around them happy. Heartbreaking honestly.

In my youth I always had a “Baby face” full, round, etc. if I had altered that, I would not be in my fifties with an angular, beautiful face that I am mistaken for being in my thirties for.

These young women are completely blind to the fullness of life and its journey, in every way. From their world concept, self esteem, to healthcare, to relationships and beyond. It’s a social contagion.
