However, I lost a lot of fat on my face getting older.

And yes, losing weight also makes your face smaller and cheekbones more prominent.

I have a similar face type to Anja, including huge eyes, and my face looks a lot slimmer with more prominent cheekbones at 35 than it did at 20 when I still had a lot of "babyfat".

And if I put on makeup I can make them appear sharper. Not THAT sharp though.
