Looks good! Next time, you can just flip your 2x4 on that miter saw instead of alternating the saw back-and-forth.

This might be a daft question, but why don’t you need to use wall plugs when you’re fixing the frame to the wall? Would adding plugs provide better strength and weight capacity to the shelves?

Like this idea, i have a lot of scrap 2x4 and some left over OSB that i can use for the top, I'll definitely be making these for my garage. What height is the lower shelf?
