I think these ideas are helpful and useful. They take odd shaped items and corral them together into a functional and accessible group. Thank you for sharing these tips.

The plastic shoebox containers are a staple in my workshop! Wal Mart sold them for .88 cents until recently, and several years ago I bought a stack of them! As in a BUNCH! A label maker is used to produce neat looking description of contents. When stacked on wire rack shelving, it gives a nice, clean and orderly appearance as well as being extremely convenient! Being a hoarder of hobbies (my workshop is home to woodworking, metalworking mini lathe & mill, coin rings & bells, paracord & leather work, model building etc) I need lots of storage dedicated to each individual pursuit, and this is an excellent means to an end!

I have zero OCD, and wish I had an organized workspace like this. Not to mention the skills and creativity of the owner. As always; great video with lots of build in inspiration!!

I think that Amazon shelf would work well on the inside of a shop door too!

I use those wrap it Velcro straps for all my hoses and cords in my camper. Makes things easier to store and grab.

I love taking one item and adding something as simple as the peg board to make it even more useful. I think that I have a few other places to apply that idea. Thanks as always.

The storage straps are the best. Awesome for hanging extension cords, hoses, tools, etc. 👍

Try adding some horizontal struts to the vertical tubes so you can separate the items (camp chairs) so you can pull one from the bottom without disturbing the stack very cool btw

Great ideas that will trigger other great ideas for specific needs. AND, I just love your pace and clarity. I didn't have to speed you up or keep jumping ahead. Looking forward to browsing your videos. Thanks!

Thank you for the inspiration. The first item is out of stock now. You can easily build that first item with wood and PCV pipes. don't even have to attach to wall if you have a shelving system like Muscle Rack. Just attach pieces of wood to the shelves and connect PCV or metal pipes between those woods that extend out from the shelves.

The only proper way to store a hose is a retractable hose reel. Yes, they are pricey, but they're a great investment. Got myself three 30-meter ones last spring to cover the whole plot, the change is drastic. No more connecting and disconnecting the hose, unrolling it and rolling it up, just pull it out, use it, a slight pull and the spring rolls it back in. Everything nice and neat, no hassle at all.

I like a 5 gallon bucket tucked in a corner for shovels, hoes, etc. or a trash can to hold the rakes as well.

Great ideas! Guess what I'm buying on my next trip to Lowes! Anyway, here's what I've done as a no buy way to organize my garage and basement. There's a swap "shop" in our recycling center. Each time I go there to throw out my garbage (which costs $1, 000 per year for a private service!!!), I look at what's available. I have acquired a lot of Sterilite drawer bins for beach toys, camping stuff, grill accessories, etc. I also found tote bins for things such as holiday decorations to store in the basement. I found a donated crib with a peg board for the bottom. I put that on the wall for the bike accessories. I thought about taking the slatted sides, but couldn't think of a use at the time. The next time I was there, they were gone! I also use discarded milk crates for items such as gasoline containers and big rolls of shop towels. In the summer, schools toss out things such as book cases. One of them holds our winter boots and cooking equipment we rarely use. So my garage and basement don't look Pinterest worthy, but they're mostly dust-free and we can store both our cars in them. That part is not negotiable!

I store tons of stuff in the plastic bins. Little ones for small tools, gloves, ppe, misc. Big ones for stuff like paper towels that I don't want dust or mice in. The large ones I put on small dollies so they roll - eliminates the hassle of moving them.
