Soft and Super Delicious Hot Cross Buns/ Easter Buns 🐣 😋

Soft and Perfectly Spiced Hot Cross Buns! A recipe that I have been making since years. Its absolutely loved by our family and friends. I sure you would want to make this over and over.

Ingredients:

350g OR 2 Cups +3 tbsp: APF/ Maida
50g: Sugar
50g: Unsalted Butter
¾ tsp: Salt
2tsp: Orange Zest
½ tsp: Cinnamon Powder
¼ tsp: Nutmeg Powder
60g: Tutty Fruity
60g: Raisins
1 Egg
150ml: Milk

If Using Active Dry Yeast:

In luke warm milk add the yeast and stir. Keep it aside for approx 10 mins until its frothy.
Please make sure that your yeast isnt very old or the dough will not rise.
