I remember Erwan's blog before on pinoy friendly healthy and affordable meal options. Some smartass made him include the gas cost. Some people will not want to change even when you give them solutions. Kudos to you!

We do a version of these recipes on a weekly basis at home. I usually spend less than 200 Pesos for a family of five. Great food!

I agree. A chef who shares tips and loves fish sauce or PATIS over soy sauce. I love that he did not use bouillon, that high sodium shortcut of many cooks and chefs.
This video encourages Pinoys to cook more nutritious and easy dishes.
