Fix Error Your bootable USB drive could not be created | error fix

I am running WINDOWS 10 Boot Camp with no issues .
Please follow STEPS carefully.

All to install Boot Camp on Mac - STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE

ISO CREATION STEPS
1. Open Windows ISO Image downloaded from internet.
2. Open disk utility and Select ISO Disk image.
3.After choosing ISO Disk Image , Click on File Menu and choose New Image .
4. Save Image as Format: CD/DVD Master. Ency : none
3.Rename the output file from .cdr to .iso

It is not working for me. I was not able to perform this step: 3. Rename the output file from .cdr to .iso. However, exactly to do that as there is no "Rename" open when using right click??

It didnt work for me, I dont know why. Bootcamp keeps telling me that cant find the installation disk and still doesnt show me the first of the three options. I already have w7 converted as you said, inserted on the usb. What should I do?
