Whatever it is called...i made it with 2 large lemons, a couple cups of ice, a can of sweetened condensed milk, and 4 small scoops of vanilla bean ice cream... it's delicious...lemon meringue milk shake... new favorite summer icecream

In Brazil those are called "Taihitian lemons", despite being planted in our own territory. They are abundant and cheap. It's the one you want to create Brazilian alcoholic beverages, such as Caipirinha and Maria-Mole.
The yellow one, which you Americans know simply as lemons, we call "Sicilian lemons", and are more expensive and not as common as the other one.
Another very popular one in the countryside is the "pink lemon" or "devil's lemon". It's orange, resembles a small tangerine and it's not as bitter or citric as the other two. It's actually kind of sweet, like if you mix lemons with a little bit of orange.

It is a Brazilian recipe called "Swiss lemonade." That's how the Brazilians called it because of the condensed milk. It's not the woman's fault that the Brazilians call it "Swiss". 🤷‍♀️
