Thank you for these videos, I come back everytime I feel need to calm down about my health. I am actually sick, going to have surgery next month, but my nerves have been my worst enemy in recent times and you helped ❤

I have always had problems with anxiety, my mum had it, alsof my sister.

Unfortunately i had a lot of stress during a 2 year relationship with a person with narcissistic traits. This ended 1 year ago and I was like now is the time to heal.

Then last month... i had to go to the doctor and I had so much tension and fear. The twitching started every where it was like a hamster whom was running in my leg it freaked my out. Sometimes also a strange like soreness in that place. I thought, now i will die. I have had the twitching for 3 weeks now but I believe it is caused by the stress of the past years and my body had enough of the stress. Exactly as told here in the video. I really need this video to be able to put it into perspective because after every "twitch" I feel a panic attack. I HATE anxiety. It is really an underestimated problem. For the maker of this video, thank you. For everyone else. You are not alone and I love you❤

My dad was diagnosed with MND/ALS and i googled the symptoms… I noticed i was suddenly twitching all the time. I was terrified… my students even noticed the fasciculations… I decided to tackle it head on and ignored it. Each time i twitched i would get up and go and do something else or keep my brain busy… I hardly twitch now. It takes a lot of practice to tell yourself its not what you think when you are directly related to someone with ALS/MND…

8:45 when i went to the ER for SEVERE anxiety attacks..my blood tests showed i was LOW in POTASSIUM ( they acted like it was no big deal ). .. I was working outside doing construction.. in FLORIDA.. 100 degree weather sweating constantly.. was also going through some things in Life... that may have been a combination of things which led to bad anxiety attacks.. that was 2 years ago.. i was stuck in a bad state of anxiety where my whole body felt like it was on drugs.. and depersonalization was happening.where u feel like your outside of yourself.. i went to the ER two days in a row.. my heart remained beating for literally 2 days NON STOP around 110 -140 beats a minute. usually its around 60 bpm or so.... and the doctor said. "ehhh. its anxiety." and dismissed ive had anxiety attacks since i was like 11 years old.. so i wasnt unfamiliar to this feeling... but it used to last for minutes... now it lasts for days if i dont take meds.. anyway. i tried to NOT to take meds and see if it would go away.. and on the third day. i started twitching.. then i got on my meds. ( Sertraline ) im still twitching everywhere throughout my body.. literally everywhere.. calves, thighs, butt.. stomach.. arms., hands. neck.. cheeks.. are all spots that can twitch at any time but ima start taking potassium or eating bananas.. and see what happens... i think that massaging the area of the twitches helps a little... or working out high intensity. People who are twitching.. try STRETCHING the area.. or doing some high reps with WEIGHTS like dumbbells / get A GOOD MASSAGE ALL OVER. .. im writing this and the top of my right forearm is now my right shin.... lets seee ...waiting waiting... left back shoulder blade.... what else.... waiting left and so on and so on. when im up moving around i dont notice anything. its typically when im sitting down. or laying.. eating TOO much sugar may also effect it. but.. its just a guesss. idk.

For anyone coming in here for answers. I was in the ER last week for multiple insane symptoms. I had muscle twitches, facial twitches, parts of my body including my fingers would move themselves, I had weakness, internal tremors, numbness, heaviness in my limbs . I had a CT scan done of my lumbar spine, head, neck, MRI scans done of head spine and neck, Spinal Tap, and saw a neuromuscular disease specialist and guess what ….. I have no disease.
I simply asked him how he discusses ALS with his patients and he simply said the more symptoms you have the least likely it’s a disease like ALS. If you have multiple symptoms like me it’s 99% more likely it’s stress. Yes. Stress. And it’s so hard to believe. I watched multiple episodes on this channel prior to seeing the doctor which helped extremely but I do suffer from health anxiety. The brain is such a stupid organ .

If you really want to go make yourself feel better. Go see your doctor and get a blood panel done. Look for inflammatory markers, creatine kinase, and an MRI of your brain and spine. If it all comes out clean. Then you’re fine. And it’ll take time for your nervous system to go back to normal but trust the process.

Thanks for this video.

I started twitching in my hand last week, thumb, finger and then my foot, calf thigh, stomach chest and other leg. It drove me crazy last weekend. I stupidly started googling my symptoms and ive convinced myself ive got a neurological condition.
I made to GP appointments this week, ive seen a therapist and nearly private neurologist appointment. I feel so scared alone.

I have trained in the gym twice thid week and went for a 5k run yesterday to check my legs are still working.
I cant understand why I'm feeling like this. Ive been under a lot of stress recently with house renovations, work and family dynamics. Today my left foot has a twitch and and i can feel numbness and tingling sensations. The anxiety just comes on and i start gettibg down about the twitching.

I keep coming back to your videos. It's been 18 months of hell for me, dealing with everything from pain in my joints to burning skin to 24/7 muscle jitteriness. I spent all of last year seeing doctors who kept suggesting I had this thing or that thing, but no medicine helped it, and all my test results keep coming back normal. It just all kept feeding the beast. I want to get to a point where I can look back like you at this terrible time with the knowledge I got it under control.

Your channel came up in my shorts and ofcourse I was intrigued 😂. I have a scenario that idk if anyone else can relate to. I was married to someone with severe health anxiety for years, however, he didn’t recognize that it was anxiety and not actual health problems for a while. Being the spouse of someone like this, i ended up spending many days and nights in the ER with him for panic attacks, comforting him at home, reassuring him, and eventually forcing him to stop googling his symptoms. He then asked if i would start searching for him so that I could be the problem solver and give him the less severe conclusion. Fast forward, we have been divorced for 10 years and I have developed what i now understand is health anxiety, though much less severe and more solution/trial and error based (taking vitamins, making dietary changes, exercising, chiropractic care). While i might be making changes that are actually good for me based on listening to my body, i do believe that being with my ex created a sort of pattern within myself to become addicted to problem solving, because i did it for so many years, and its a low key obsession for sure. Im so glad i know this is an actual thing because I'm realizing how exhausting and it is just listening to your perspective and seeing myself differently. Im going to watch some more of your content bc i dont want this to get worse. Thank you!

This is how it all started for me. My eyes was twitching one day, but I ignored it. Then I noticed it had been twitching for a week. Then I googled it, then it turned to stomach pain, chest pain, neck pain. ER visit and nothing was wrong, even though I was 100% sure I was having a heart attack. No heart damage, not even a single thing wrong with me. Did it help? No. Anxiety is ruining my life. I miss myself, I miss the person I was before I lost myself to this. I miss being happy, I miss making other people happy.

I am twitching like crazy... I had all tests imaginable, all clear. All started past summer, when I had a lot of stress due to buying and renovatin a ruin of apartment and feeling abandoned by my family. This video is so helpful.

I really needed this video. My eye twitching began 6 weeks ago as a constant 24/7 twitch which has calmed down recently but after seeing my tounge shake in the mirror I went down the ALS rabbit hole. 2 days after the tounge research my twitching began in my calves, thighs and pops elsewhere. I’m in a dark place and convinced I have a couple of years left if that. It must be MND is what my head says. Twitching I’ve never had before but when I sit down or lay in bed everything goes pop and I see my calves move about with them.

I’ve suffered Health Anxiety for 15 years but never experienced a single twitch so this has floored me. I wish google didn’t exist or I had the strength to not use it for this
